1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to services offered by LEGACY+ Coaching, including but not limited to consultations,
movement assessments, one-on-one coaching, paired coaching, corporate sessions, workshops, digital support,
portal access, and package-based training services.
A booking, payment, consultation confirmation, portal registration, or attendance at a session is treated as
acceptance of these terms unless a separate written agreement expressly overrides part of them.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must provide accurate and current information when enquiring, registering, or booking services. This
includes your legal name, contact information, date of birth or age band where needed, emergency contact,
and any health or readiness details that are relevant to safe programme design.
If services are arranged for a minor, the responsible parent or guardian must give the necessary approvals,
disclosures, and contact information before training starts.
3. Health disclosures and client responsibility
Coaching decisions depend on the information you provide. You must disclose injuries, surgeries, chronic
conditions, medications, pregnancy status, pain issues, exercise restrictions, and any material change to
your health that could affect safe participation.
LEGACY+ Coaching is not a medical provider. Our programming, guidance, and educational materials are not a
substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If a coach recommends medical clearance, you are
responsible for obtaining it before continuing.
4. Booking, scheduling, and attendance
Session times are arranged based on coach availability, facility capacity, and the operational schedule in
effect at the time of booking. A requested slot is not considered confirmed until LEGACY+ accepts it through
the relevant booking or communication channel.
- Clients should arrive ready to train at the booked time.
- Late arrival does not guarantee a full replacement of lost session time.
- Where a client arrives materially late, the session may be shortened to protect the next booking.
- Repeated lateness may lead to schedule review, slot removal, or refusal of peak-hour bookings.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible through the booking method,
portal, WhatsApp, or direct communication method designated by LEGACY+.
- We may require reasonable notice for a session to be rescheduled without loss of credit.
- Late cancellations may be charged in full or deducted from your package balance.
- No-shows are generally treated as consumed sessions unless LEGACY+ decides otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
- If a coach or LEGACY+ must move a session, we will use reasonable efforts to offer a replacement slot or equivalent adjustment.
6. Packages, credits, validity, and usage windows
Where services are sold in packages, subscriptions, blocks, or prepaid credits, the number of sessions,
validity period, and any applicable usage rules will be stated in the package confirmation, pricing sheet,
invoice, or onboarding flow.
- Unused sessions may expire at the end of the stated validity period.
- Packages are generally intended for the registered client and are not freely shareable.
- Transfers, pauses, or extensions are discretionary unless a specific written policy or package feature says otherwise.
- Promotional offers, discounted bundles, or founding rates may come with separate conditions.
7. Membership pauses, freezes, and extensions
We may allow a pause, medical freeze, or short extension where there is a legitimate reason and supporting
notice is provided in time. Approval is not automatic. Operational capacity, package type, and the reason for
the request will matter.
If an extension is granted, it may be limited in duration and may require use within revised dates that are
confirmed in writing.
8. Fees, billing, and payment obligations
Fees must be paid in the currency, method, and timing stated by LEGACY+. Some services require upfront
payment before sessions begin. Ongoing arrangements may require recurring billing or milestone-based payment.
- Invoices, payment links, or billing notices should be settled by the stated due date.
- Overdue balances may result in temporary suspension of bookings, portal access, or package use.
- LEGACY+ may correct clear pricing, invoicing, or administrative errors where reasonably necessary.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment details and billing contact information are current.
9. Refunds, credits, and disputes
Unless required by law or agreed in writing, coaching packages and prepaid services are generally non-refundable
once activated, scheduled, or partially used. This reflects time reservation, coach allocation, onboarding work,
and operational planning that begins before all sessions are consumed.
If a billing issue, duplicate charge, or administrative error occurs, please contact us promptly. Where a
refund or account credit is appropriate, it will usually be processed to the original payment path or applied
to your LEGACY+ account at our discretion, subject to law and the facts of the case.
10. Coaching outcomes and client expectations
Coaching is a guided process, not a guaranteed outcome. Results depend on attendance, effort, recovery,
nutrition, sleep, readiness, health status, outside stressors, and many factors beyond a coach's direct
control. LEGACY+ does not guarantee a specific aesthetic, strength, body-composition, or time-bound result.
Coaches may adjust training, volume, exercise selection, or programme structure based on your presentation,
movement quality, or safety needs on the day. Those decisions form part of the service and are not treated as
service failure merely because they differ from your original expectation.
11. Conduct, safety, and facility rules
Clients and visitors must behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other clients, and facility property.
Harassment, threatening behaviour, repeated non-compliance with safety instructions, intoxication, or conduct
that disrupts operations may result in a session being stopped or services being suspended.
- Appropriate training attire and footwear may be required for some sessions.
- You should use equipment only as directed.
- Personal belongings remain your responsibility unless the law says otherwise.
- We may maintain CCTV or security processes for safety, property protection, and incident review.
12. Portals, login credentials, and digital tools
If you receive access to a client portal, coach portal, app integration, dashboard, or onboarding account,
you must keep your login credentials confidential and use the system only for legitimate service-related
purposes. You must not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with system availability, or use
the service in a way that risks security or data integrity.
We may suspend or reset access where there is suspected misuse, inactivity, unpaid fees, inaccurate account
information, or operational need.
13. Media, testimonials, and intellectual property
Training plans, written coaching materials, templates, portal content, media assets, and brand materials
provided by LEGACY+ remain the property of LEGACY+ or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise. They
are for your personal service use and may not be republished, resold, copied at scale, or redistributed
commercially without permission.
We will not use private progress photos, testimonials, or promotional media featuring you as marketing
material unless you have given the relevant permission or the use is otherwise lawful.
14. Liability, interruptions, and force majeure
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded. Subject to that,
LEGACY+ is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from delays, service interruptions,
lost profits, missed opportunities, or issues outside our reasonable control.
We may reschedule, modify, or temporarily suspend services where reasonably required because of coach illness,
facility issues, maintenance, safety concerns, public health events, technical outages, or other events beyond
reasonable operational control.
15. Suspension, refusal, or termination of services
LEGACY+ may suspend bookings, refuse service, or terminate access where there is abusive conduct, repeated
non-payment, unsafe behaviour, misuse of systems, false health disclosures, or another serious breach of
these terms. Where appropriate, we may instead offer a warning, reset, or limited corrective step.
Ending services does not automatically erase payment obligations, consumed-session charges, or other rights
that accrued before the date of suspension or termination.
If you have a question about these terms, need help with a billing or booking issue, or want us to review a
dispute, contact us first so we can investigate properly and respond using the right account details.
